CTE Student Organizations and Clubs
CTE student organization programs provide students the opportunity to extend what they learn in the classroom by interacting with professionals in their field of study, community service projects, and local, state, regional, national, and international conferences and competitions. NTPS students are encouraged to join an organization at their school.
DECA (Distributive Educational Clubs of America)
DECA provides real-world experiences in the fields of marketing, business, and entrepreneurship to develop high school students into character-driven leaders who will enrich our corporations and communities.
FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America)
The mission of FBLA is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs.
FCCLA (Family, Career, & Community Leaders of America)
The FCCLA's mission is to promote personal growth and leadership development through family and consumer sciences education. Focusing on the multiple roles of family member, wage earner, and community leader, members develop skills for life through character development, creative and critical thinking, interpersonal communication, practical knowledge, and vocational preparation.
FFA (Future Farmers of America)
The goal of FFA is to promote the importance of agriculture, premier leadership, personal growth, and career success for students.
First Washington Robotics
First Washington Robotics offers students the opportunity to be part of an organization that allows them to explore all aspects of robotics. This will include designing, building, and programming robots. Students participate in the First Lego League and the First Tech Challenge, a state-level competition where student teams build, design, and program a robot to accomplish a specific task.
