Request for proposals for Olympic View Elementary parking lot improvements.
Project Location: 1330 Horne Avenue NE, Lacey, WA 98516
Project Description: The project proposes improvements to the existing school parking lot, including widening on-site drive aisles and revising the parking stall layout to enhance overall traffic flow.
Pre-Bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will be offered on Wednesday, May 13, at 10:00 am at the front entrance of Olympic View Elementary. It is recommended that all companies intending to bid as a prime contractor have an employee of the company attend and identify themselves as the company on the sign-in sheet.
Bids Due: Submit bids by 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
