Conference Scheduling Instructions

Step 1: Log In
Log in to Skyward Family Access
If you need help with your login, contact your school office.
Step 2: Select Student

If you have multiple students, select your student at the top (in the mobile app, student selection is available as a drop-down at the top).
Step 3: Select Tile

Select the tile labeled 'Parent-Teacher Conferences' or 'Family Connections' (Note: The tile name varies, but it will have a green stripe at the top that contains the scheduling window closure date).
Step 4: Select Teacher (if applicable)

Select the teacher you would like to meet with.
Step 5: Select Time Slot

Select an open time slot from the available list.
Step 6: Repeat if meeting with multiple teachers

Repeat the teacher and time slot selection as needed to meet with multiple teachers (elementary students may only have one teacher option).
Step 7: Verify and complete

Verify your scheduled appointment(s) and select 'Done Scheduling' or 'Print Schedule'.
A window will appear indicating your conferences have been scheduled. Repeat steps to schedule conferences for any additional students.
Do you need to edit your conference time or cancel?
Open the tile again and look under 'My Conference Schedule'. Click the red trash can icon next to the appointment time you would like to delete.
You can select a new time slot from the available list and repeat the process to reschedule for a different time.
