Complete your family's Child Nutrition Application 

Families can complete the NTPS Child Nutrition Application, even if meals are free at your student’s school. Check the income guidelines on our website to see if you qualify, and complete the application form in Skyward Family Access or turn in a paper copy to your school office. One application covers all students in your household.

Families with a qualifying nutrition application can receive additional benefits, such as waived school fees and summer food assistance, by also completing the Consent to Share 2026-27 form for each student in Skyward.
