It is important for both you and your student to memorize your bus route number, bus stop location, and regular pickup and drop-off times. Don't forget to tell this info to the person you have designated to meet your child.
Students who have not used transportation for a total of 20 days will be marked inactive in the SMART tag system. If this occurs, please contact us to reactivate your students.
Please ensure your student is waiting at their bus stop 5 minutes before the listed stop time. If dispatch is aware of a late bus, they will send out a push notification to all families on the route through the SMART tag app.
NTPS uses SMART tag for schedules & rider tracking
