Peachjar Flyer Distribution

Local community organizations may submit their event and promotional flyers for distribution to NTPS families via Peachjar for a per-school fee, or may qualify for free distribution under Peachjar’s Community Free Flyer Program. Approval of flyers is based on the flyer approval guidelines. Please allow up to 5 business days for approval.

How to submit a community event flyer

1. Ensure the flyer meets the flyer approval guidelines
2. Go to peachjar.com
3. Register with Peachjar as an Enrichment Provider
4. Select desired schools
5. Upload your flyer to Peachjar for approval

The District does not endorse or recommend any program or event. Flyers are evaluated for approval by district staff. See more details about our distribution of materials in Policy 4321 and Procedure 4321P.

Submission to Peachjar for distribution are considered only when the following have been met:

• Programs and events are held within Thurston County.
• The sponsor is a not-for-profit organization 501(c) or state nonprofit (must have documentation).
• Events are youth-related or related to youth education.
• If there is a cost associated, financial aid options are displayed and clearly explained for those who cannot afford the services.
• The sponsoring organization’s name and contact information is clearly displayed.
• School names are included only as part of the location information for those events which are held in District schools. A flyer should not imply that because an event is held at a school that the event is endorsed by the school or district.
• There will be an option while registering to add our disclaimer. Please click "yes."
