Event Flyers Straight to Your Inbox

NTPS uses Peachjar to distribute flyers to our families via email. This service informs families of local community events and opportunities to reduce paper flyers coming home in backpacks.

NTPS families are automatically subscribed to the service with the email address provided to their school. Subscriptions can be managed on the Peachjar website.

Submit your organization's flyer for distribution

If your nonprofit organization has a flyer for an educational and recreational opportunity, create an account through Peachjar as a Community Organization. Using this account, submit flyer distribution requests to our district for approval.

We allow the distribution of flyers for local, non-profit organizations through Peachjar. All flyer submissions are subject to NTPS staff approval and must follow the flyer guidelines and the distribution of materials guidelines in Policy 4321 and Procedure 4321P.

Flyer Submission Requirements and Guidelines

The District does not endorse or recommend any program or event. Flyers are evaluated for approval by district staff. See more details about our distribution of materials in Policy 4321 and Procedure 4321P.

Flyer Guidelines

Programs and events are held within Thurston County.
The sponsor is a not-for-profit organization 501(c) or state nonprofit (must have documentation).
Events are youth-related or related to youth education.
If there is a cost associated, financial aid options are displayed and clearly explained for those who cannot afford the services.
The sponsoring organization’s name and contact information is clearly displayed.
School names are included only as part of the location information for those events which are held in District schools. A flyer should not imply that because an event is held at a school that the event is endorsed by the school or district.

File size: no more than 50MB
8.5"x11" portrait orientation (for optimal display)
12 pt minimum font size (for accessibility) and a web safe font
Must include flyer disclaimer

There will be an option while registering to add our disclaimer if your flyer does not include it by design.

District Flyer Disclaimer

This is NOT a school-sponsored activity. North Thurston Public Schools has neither reviewed nor approved the sponsoring organization or its program, personnel, and activities announced in this flyer. The sponsoring organization and participants agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the District, its board of directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses or rights of action, directly or indirectly attributed to the organization, or its program, personnel, and activities. Permission to distribute this flyer should not be considered an endorsement or recommendation of the program by the District.

Free Community Flyer Program

Peachjar's Community Free Flyer program is their way of giving back to communities by covering the fees for 1 flyer per 28 days for organizations promoting a charitable free program, service, or resource where children are the direct beneficiary.

All flyers submitted for free distribution through this program will be reviewed by Peachjar and must comply with the following requirements:

The organization physically resides within the boundaries of NTPS
The program, service, or resource directly benefits children, and no enticement for future fee-based programs, and does not serve the purpose of fundraising, collecting monetary donations, or allowing for the purchase of products or services. Applicable to vendors if present.
The organization is not receiving fees or revenue from vendors participating in the event.
Flyer must specify that there is no cost to attend or participate.

Submissions are limited to one flyer distribution to one school district every 28 days. Flyers will be reviewed individually, regardless of 501c3 designation. Peachjar determines final eligibility.
