• WA State Contractor's License
• Additional Licenses (e.g. electrical)
• Surety Bond
• Labor & Industries account for prevailing wages and industrial account #
• Small Works Roster (NTPS Construction & Design)

Small Works Roster:

• List of licensed contractors who apply.
• Used for public works bid projects under $350,000.
• Reduces cost of bidding small projects.
• Makes it easier for contractors to compete for public works projects.
• A legal notice to contractors is advertised in The Olympian every fall.
