Rey Cordero, Realtor with RE/MAX Northwest, is a valued Partners in Education (PIE) partner with both Seven Oaks and South Bay Elementary Schools. “I believe in giving back to the community where I live and work. Being a PIE partner in the district gives me the opportunity to connect on a personal level with students and families—it brings me a lot of joy," Rey shares.
“Rey is full of energy and compassion. He helps our mascot, FRRED, make it to assemblies on time and get our students motivated to learn. He also connects with our families at school events and supports a special lunch group for students who benefit from that extra connection,” says Seven Oaks Principal Sean Moore-Devine.
South Bay Assistant Principal Connor Merrill shares, “We appreciate Rey and his commitment to our community—engaging with Spanish-speaking families, providing school-wide rewards, staff meals, and connecting with students as they head home for the day.”
