I do
hereby agree to abide by the bylaws, rules and regulations of the North
Tennessee Practical Shooters, Inc. (NTPS). I do understand that a violation
of these policies may result in expulsion from the organization.
Also,
in consideration of permission to participate in NTPS matches and functions,
I hereby do release the USPSA/IPSC, The National Rifle Assoc., NTPS, their
directors, agents, members, match officials, officers and servants, and
any other contributor, sponsor or affiliate from any liability which may
arise out of any loss, damage, injuries or death which I may sustain while
en-route to, during and enroute from any match or function. I further assume
all responsibility for any guest I may bring.
I acknowledge
that I am over eighteen (18) years of age and that I am aware of the risks
inherent upon such events including, but not limited to, the accidental
discharge of firearms. I further state that I have read this release in
its entirety and freely enter into it on behalf of myself and my distributors,
heirs, next of kin, executors, and administrators.

Note: Membership is tentative to acceptance of the BOD. Voting rights are
not granted until after the 2nd regular club meeting held after acceptance.
Dues are $50 per year.
After July 01, dues are $25
New Members (persons who are not currently members) will be accessed a $10
initiation fee for a total of $60 (or $35 after July 01).
